In the Run box, press the Windows key and R together, then type cmd or PowerShell. Alternatively, you may access it by typing cmd or PowerShell into the search bar. Type powercfg / battery report into the Cmd or Powershell Prompt and hit Enter.
The Battery Life Report will show you which HTML files were saved where. Typically, this is transmitted as an HTML file to C: Users Username.
You may check the battery, the machine model, and when and how much it is used by opening the HTML file with this browser icon.
Next, launch Cmd or Powershell with Admin and run powercfg -energy at the prompt to find out what the battery problem is. Go to C: Windows System32 and look at the details in the Energy Report HTML file to show the user how much information is offered.
Correct any mistakes you find. There are even six inaccuracies in the image below. Some of them have been disabled unnecessarily, resulting in a battery fault.
